Trinity Choir at Salle Bourgie

Salle Bourgie at Musée des Beaux-Arts

The Arte Musica Foundation continues its ongoing presentation of the complete sacred cantatas of J. S. Bach with this performance by the Choir of Trinity Wall Street, under the direction of Julian Wachner. Following the liturgical cycle, each concert features a cantata of the day for which it was written, and the audience is invited to be the "congregation," and join in the singing of the final chorale.

Program:

Erforsche mich, Gott, und erfahre mein Herz, BWV 136
Erfreut euch, ihr Herzen BWV 66
Ach Herr, mich armen Sünder BWV 135
Wachet auf, ruf uns die Stimme BWV 140
