Monteverdi’s Vespers

On Claudio Monteverdi’s 450th birthday, The Choir of Trinity Wall Street and the Trinity Baroque Orchestra give a special performance of the groundbreaking composer's Vespro della Beata Vergine (popularly known as the Vespers of 1610), a monumental 90-minute masterpiece involving an up to 10-part chorus, seven soloists, and orchestra.
